The udrive.ma site is operated under the name Udrive by FADIL Salah-eddine. The legal structure is currently being constituted. The final registration information, in particular the company form, capital, RC, ICE, IF, head office address and telephone number, will be published as soon as they are obtained.

Udrive provides a networking platform and management tools. The partner agencies are the rental companies and remain responsible for their activity, their vehicles, their contracts, their customer information and their regulatory obligations.

The elements of the site, including software, brands, visuals, texts and databases, are the exclusive property of Udrive or its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, extraction, scraping or exploitation is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To report illegal content or an infringement of rights, write to legal@udrive.ma with the URL concerned, the reason and the relevant supporting documents.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. These notices are subject to Moroccan law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute falls to the competent courts according to the applicable procedural rules.
