General terms of use

Udrive operates a Moroccan digital platform enabling connections between customers and self-drive rental agencies, as well as management tools intended for agencies. Udrive is not the rental company: the agency indicated in the reservation remains the sole party to the rental contract and responsible for the execution of its obligations.

Access to the services requires accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The user maintains the confidentiality of his identifiers and notifies us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The request made on Udrive does not in itself constitute a rental. The rental contract is concluded between the client and the agency after confirmation from the agency, according to the information, price and conditions displayed before validation. Electronic exchanges and documents are kept in accordance with the framework applicable to electronic transactions.

The amounts, taxes, options, possible deposit, security deposit and applicable cancellation conditions are presented before validation. Udrive connects clients and agencies: rental payment is settled with the agency under the terms it indicates (on site or another method offered by the agency).

The customer must meet the criteria of age, license and documents requested by the agency, present the originals at pick-up and respect the rental conditions. Reviews published after a rental must be sincere, lawful and respectful;Udrive may moderate or remove them.

The agency certifies that it has the authorizations, insurance, documents and means necessary for its rental activity without driver in Morocco. It remains responsible for the vehicles, pre-contractual information, the contract, delivery, restitution, deposits and the processing of data that it carries out for its own purposes.

Agencies can subscribe to a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond plan depending on the prices displayed in their space. An upgrade can take effect immediately with billing adjustment; a downgrade or termination of a paid plan normally takes effect at the end of the current period. The characteristics, prices and limitations displayed at the time of subscription prevail.

When the feature is enabled, authorized agencies can only submit or view data that is necessary, accurate, and related to an actual rental. The reports are moderate and questionable. This functionality should only be used after completing the formalities required by the CNDP; it does not constitute an automated decision.

Udrive’s software, brands, logos, interfaces, texts, visuals, databases and any other elements are protected by copyright and related rights. All rights are reserved. No licence to use, copy, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit them is granted without prior written authorisation from Udrive.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the following are prohibited: total or partial reproduction; scraping, automated crawling or systematic extraction of content and catalogues; reverse engineering, decompilation or reconstruction of the code; building a competing service from Udrive’s content, data or interfaces; and use of unauthorised bots beyond robots.txt rules.

Udrive implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or replacing the obligations of the agency or the client.

Udrive may suspend an account in the event of fraud, security breach, violation hereof or legal obligation. These terms may change for legal, technical or commercial reasons; the published version applies from its effective date. They are governed by Moroccan law.
